Empowering Youth Through Mindfulness, Movement, and Education

Our youth enrichment and afterschool programs in Pinellas County is built on a robust, research-based curriculum designed to foster emotional intelligence, physical well-being, and life skills. Each session blends mindfulness practices, creative movement, and interactive workshops, creating a holistic approach to learning and self-development. By integrating structured lessons and engaging activities, we equip students with tools to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Our Program Includes:

  • Students and Police: A guide to building positive relationships between young people and law enforcement

  • Knowing Your Rights: How to manage an encounter with law enforcement 

  • Benefits of Meditation: A true life-transformative skill that helps you relax and enhance understanding of self.

  • Exploring African American History: A deeper look at how African Americans have always made valuable contributions to society, the undisputed 44.

  • Perfecting Public Speaking and Presentation: How to improve your oratory skills, communicate clearly and say what you mean

  • Speak it into Existence: The power of affirmations and positive speak

  • The Tree of Life: Understanding our connection and responsibility to family and community

  • Don't Stress the Test: How to prepare for exams

  • Math on the Mat: Using basic yoga postures with questions that

    relate to geometry

  • Journaling: Expressively examining what is in your head and in your heart. Allowing you to let go of what is no longer serving you.

Who We Serve

We partner with schools in Pinellas County and St. Petersburg, FL and community organizations to reach youth in underserved areas. Our program operates in Title I schools, private schools, and community centers across Pinellas County. Currently, we are serving 12 schools and 4 youth afterschool and enrichment programs.

Participating Schools Schedules

These classes are exclusively for students enrolled in the specified schools and are not open to the public.

Weekly schedule for Mindful Movement School Day and After School Enrichment with classes from Monday to Friday, including times and locations.
